We offer complimentary, fully insured FedEx 2-day shipping for all orders within the continental United States, with overnight shipping available upon request. For added protection, all shipments are directed to a local FedEx office for pickup, ensuring that your timepiece arrives at a secure location for collection by you or an authorized representative. To minimize the risk of theft, we do not ship to residential addresses. Upon pickup, you will be required to present a valid government-issued ID and provide a signature. When picking up, please inspect the package for any signs of tampering before accepting it; if any tampering is evident, please refuse the package and contact us immediately.​​

At Consultants of Time, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of luxury timepieces, we do not accept returns unless the watch is misrepresented.​ If you receive a timepiece that is significantly different from the pictures or description provided on our website, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue. All of our timepieces undergo rigorous inspection and authentication to guarantee their authenticity. Additionally, we encourage customers to carefully review all details, descriptions, and photos before purchasing to ensure complete satisfaction. If you have any concerns or questions before purchasing, we're happy to provide detailed information and photos to ensure you’re confident in your decision. 

In the case of returns, all items must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
